By going beyond stereotypes, we can develop personal and collective skills, enhance people’s commitment and improve cooperation thanks to diversity.

In the light of enduring gender inequalities and discrimination, which begin in childhood through the reproduction of gender stereotypes, which are particularly visible in advertising and in the media, which induce different educational and professional choices and which underlie income gaps and unequal careers, a new egalitarian framework is needed.
